1. Services

We provide creative and design services, including but not limited to animation, motion graphics, and branding content.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

• Deliverables will be defined in written proposals or agreements.

• Any changes or additions outside scope may incur additional fees.

3. Payment

• Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal.

• Deposits (typically 50%) are non-refundable. Work begins once payment is received.

• Late payments may result in paused work and additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

• Client-provided materials remain the client’s property.

• Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.

• Working files, drafts, and source files remain Salvi Studios’ property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Salvi Studios reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client projects as confidential unless both parties agree to public disclosure.

6. Liability

• Our services are provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

• Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project if the other materially breaches these Terms. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in London, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.
